Hello, I’m Nadia Berry!

I’m the founder and owner of Berry Space Nutrition, and a Registered Dietitian specializing in supporting individuals with eating disorders and body image struggles. My trauma-informed approach combines practical nutrition strategies with compassionate emotional support to help my clients build a balanced, nourishing relationship with food. I meet clients where they are, tailoring care to foster lasting recovery and empowering them to live in alignment with their values.

I Believe…

  • All bodies are inherently worthy

  • Food does not hold moral value

  • That everyone is the expert of their own body

  • There is no one size fits all approach to healing your relationship with food or nutrition

  • Everyone deserves compassion and respect in their journey toward understanding their own body and relationship with food

More about me…

  • I graduated from Appalachian State University where I got a B.S. in Nutrition and Foods with a concentration in Dietetics and a minor in General Business.

  • After completing my degree and internship, I’ve worked various in clinical environments and with clients diagnosed with Eating Disorders at the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient levels of care.

  • In my free time I enjoy going on walks, baking, visiting coffee shops with my rescue dog in Southern New Jersey, and watching any kind of reality TV.

“The longest relationship you will ever have is with your body.

Treat it with kindness.”
