Discovery Call
Free for 15 minutes
During this initial call, we will discuss your goals, history, and current needs to find how we can best support you.

Nutrition Assessment
$220 for 75 minutes
The Nutrition Assessment serves as the foundation for our collaboration. During this process, we gather essential information, including your medical history, current/past relationship with food, exercise and intake patterns, etc. Based on this assessment, we begin to develop a personalized plan and set initial goals to support you in your journey.

Follow-up Sessions
$160 for 1 hour
$80 for 30 minutes
Each nutrition follow-up session is unique and personalized. We revisit your established goals, celebrate your successes, and process any challenges encountered since our last meeting. Additionally, we explore any nutrition beliefs or questions you may have, challenge fear foods through exposure work, and discuss body image, and much more.
Session frequency and duration is based on your unique needs, guided by you and your dietitian.

We are in-network with Aetna and BCBS
We offer a twenty percent prompt- pay discount for those who pay at the time of service and we accept HSA or FSA funds.
If your insurance company covers out-of-network nutrition services, we are happy to provide a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement

Yes, we do! We are currently in-network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

If we’re not in-network with your insurance plan, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
We also accept HSA and FSA cards for payment, and offer a twenty percent prompt-pay discount for clients who choose to pay out-of-pocket at the time of service.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for clients with financial need, please reach out if cost is a barrier. Our goal is always to make care as accessible as we can!

Generally, all new clients start with a weekly or every other week sessions frequency. This frequency will be constantly evaluated and adjusted based on your progress. You will only confirm and consent to one session at a time, which will be scheduled at the end of each appointment.

We ask that you verify your insurance benefits and complete all paperwork no later than 24 hours before your initial appointment.

In accordance with the No Surprises Act of 2022, you have the right to request a 'Good Faith Estimate' which outlines the expected or anticipated out-of-pocket costs for treatment. During your nutrition assessment, you will be given a recommend session frequency based on your individualized needs. This frequency will be constantly evaluated and adjusted based on your needs. You will only confirm and consent to one session at a time, which your dietitian will schedule at the end of each appointment.
